I never thought I’d be here—asking for help—but life has taken an unexpected turn.

A serious change in my medical condition has left me unable to work, drive, or be without a caretaker. My medical team has determined that a service dog is no longer optional, but essential. This isn’t just about making life more comfortable—it’s about making life livable again.

I’m a young mother, and everything I once did with ease—caring for my child, managing the day-to-day—has become a struggle. My independence is gone, and with it, the ability to be fully present in my own life and for the little person who needs me the most.

Those who know me know I would do anything to support the people I love. I’ve always been the one who tries to show up, to give, and to help however I can. That’s what makes this so difficult—because asking for help is not something that comes easily for me.

But the truth is, I can’t do this alone. A trained service dog could be life-changing. It would help me manage my condition, reduce the risks I face daily, and give me back a measure of freedom and stability. Most importantly, it would help me be the mother I want—and need—to be.

A fully trained one goes for 30k on average due to the highly specialized training. All funds will go towards the purchase of the service dog.
