In May 2018 I was in a car crash which left me with everything on my left side broken from my shoulder, ribs, hip, leg and pelvic. I was in the hospital for months and had to learn how to walk all over again. Thankful God spared my life. During my hospital stay I learned that the cause of the car crash was due to me passing out behind the wheel, due to me having a heart condition called, Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. I wasn’t aware of this until after my accident. Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is a condition in which the heart muscle becomes abnormally thick.
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy makes it hard for the heart to pump blood. It often goes undiagnosed.
Most people with the condition have no symptoms and experience no significant problems. For me recently I have experienced , shortness of breath, chest pain, and abnormal heart rhythms.
I am now at the point where I am in need of a heart transplant. In order to be able to cover my costly medications after surgery and to make up for the cost that insurance won’t cover I have to cover additional cost out of pocket.
Please help me and my family raise the funds so that it could be 1 less than we would have to worry about after the surgery. Any donation small or large will be greatly appreciated. God bless you all.
