My name is Michelle Arroyo and this is my dad Jesus Arroyo. He is 59 years old, lives in Puerto Rico and was recently diagnosed with very aggressive pulmonary fibrosis due to occupational and environmental exposure.  This amount will help us cover expenses for air ambulance transportation,  hospital expenses in PR and his medical treatment  here in San Antonio. We live in San Antonio and to give him a second chance at life we need to bring him here in order for him to have access to medical treatment which potentially includes a lung transplant that could save his life. 
This past June 21st (Father’s Day) his condition became worse and he is currently admitted at a local hospital. He is in the ICU on a ventilator. For this our family needs your help. The insurance company only covers so much and we need help in order to cover the costs of his treatment.
