Help Me Help Help Myself Please

Hello Im Cindy and this is my story. I am rewriting this from the original because Im going to be totally honest in all areas of my life and whats going on right now. First of all, Im so sorry I am having to do this. Its not me, I have been a proud independant woman for all of my life, and have always been the one who was giving or donating something .. Mostly meals. Cooking is my passion and I love to make wonderful meals for everyone. (my dream someday is to have a food truck and then to give all the daily leftovers away to the less fortunante, as well as give them jobs in catering etc)

Anyway.. things have been really tough lately. I had to have major life saving surgery May 12. I had an inferior lumbar hernia in which my large intestine was looped inside the hernia and it the feces wasnt moving through it so strangalation was about to happen (which it did and I had emergency surgery) I almost lost my life.. It made me do a lot of thinking and I have and am in the process of making some huge life changing decisions.

One of them being to become self sufficent once again. Not to depend on social security to provide for me (920 dollars a month. That leave no room for any extra. I am behind in a couple months rent, my electric is 600 and so on.. No help from the county Im just blessed that TECO and my landlord and The City Of Tampa is working with me, but they are getting tired of it,,

My biggest task and why I am crowdfunding right now is TO GET MY DRIVERS LICENSE! I havent had one in 22 years. You see I had an accident in 1999 I hit a lady from behind and I had just bought the car from UGLY DUCKLING a buy here pay here, they put my full coverage insurance on my car, and didnt put bodily injury.. I wasnt aware. I got sued and because of my bad choices in life, I was never able to pay any money on this. The attorney for Nationwide has been a complete bear through this whole ordeal. He will not work with me under any circumstance and the last call I made to him he said I now owe 24 thousand because its acrued interest and if I wasnt calling to pay that in full he had nothing to say to me. Each and every time Ive tried to make a plan with him I end up hangin up crying and feeling totally worthless. Well last week I got up the nerve to call Nationwide themselves and after a good hour and being put through to several different departments I finally got ahold of someone who said they would look into this and call me back,

She did.. THEY HAVE OFFERED ME A WONDERFUL OPPORTUNITY! EITHER PAY 2500 AND IM CLEARED TO DRIVE AGAIN OR 200 DOWN AND 75 A MONTH.. Im hoping to get the 2500 up. I know I have to pay reinstatement fees and all and I have to find a car ( lots of buy here pay here) BUT THIS IS A DREAM COME TRUE!

I want to become part of a productive society! I want to work part time and hopefully sell my food (plates and my cinnamon rolls) and become self sufficient!

Ive been clean for a LONG LONG TIME

Ive paid my price to society for the wrongs Ive done

Im asking for help from you all.. To take a chance and believe in me

Because for the first time in many years, I believe in myself
