Sharing something this personal is not easy, but we are choosing to be vulnerable and share a piece of our story.

Before Zak and I found each other, life took us down different paths. During a previous chapter of his life, Zak made the decision to have a vasectomy. At that time, it was the right choice for the family and future he saw ahead of him.

Then life surprised us.

We met, fell in love, and created a story neither of us could have planned. Together, we have built a beautiful life filled with love, family, and so many memories. Through our relationship, we realized that our hearts still had a dream we wanted to pursue — the opportunity to have a child together.

Watching Zak be a father has been one of the greatest joys of my life. Seeing the love, patience, and care he gives not only his children but Levi too has made me admire him even more. We would love the chance to experience that journey together and welcome a little one who is a part of both of us.

A vasectomy reversal is the step we need to take to make that dream possible, but the cost of the procedure and everything involved is more than we are able to comfortably handle on our own right now.

We know this is a very personal journey, and we understand that everyone may have different thoughts and opinions. We aren’t asking anyone to feel obligated, we are simply sharing our hearts and hoping that those who believe in our dream might help us get one step closer.
