If you are reading this, chances are you have enjoyed regular access to education and the necessary tools to earn a living.

Noel knows that this is not a given, which is why he founded Arc Charity Foundation as a non-profit organisation in 2013 in his hometown Jinja, Uganda. Ever since, Arc has provided quality education to more than 6000 underprivileged children, over the years adding programs for empowering girls and catered to the needs of children with disabilities. In addition, Arc has trained over 8000 women in business, leading to the opening of more than 7000 businesses, making it one of the leading organizations for empowering women in the country. They also work together with a clinic, offering medical relief to people from the seven slums of Jinja and the poor communities of Eastern Uganda, and since last year boast a program on environmental awareness and self-sufficiency.

Now, Kivubuka, a poor village just outside of Jinja, is set to get a new Arc Charity Foundation school for up to 170 children aged 4 to 12, whose families - mostly single mothers - cannot afford the fees for the governmental school. Not only will there also be classes for pre-school children and kids with disabilities, but also business trainings for women and girls. To make this new dream of Noel's and Kivubuka's lovely community come true, however, they still need funds, mostly for furniture and school equipment.
