Hello my name is Hector I’m 39 years old 

I’m a single parent of two kids

My daughter is 12 years old and my son Andre’s is 7 years old. My son is autistic but very smart and very energetic.

I been with them since day one trying to be a dad.

I grew up without parent in Mexico, and I’m trying to change that with my kids. At this moment I’m fighting to keep my kids together with me. The other part is trying to keep them away from me.

I’m a construction worker, I have health issues. I had a kidney transplant in 2016. Also i have back issues, i had a back issue last year that keep me at home for 3 months, since them I’m taking anti rejection medication and blood pressure medication to keep my new kidney alive, also pain killers for my lower back problem.

I don’t make big money with my job.

I’m asking for help because I may lose my kids and I can’t pay more child support. And my savings are all ready on red numbers. I’m always barely making it through the month economically. The lawyer are very expensive nowadays, I have to give them $8,000 just to represent me the first court and answer questions, they charge $450 the hour.but I don’t want to give up on my kids. if we go to a second court hes requesting me $5,000 to keep going to the case. I only have around less than 10 years of good health before my kidney starts having issues again. I don’t have money to keep paying for this case. At this point if I lose the case and I lose a lot of time with my kids. I wouldn’t know what to do without savings and without my kids.
