My name is Charlene Shafer. I have stage 3 uterine cancer. I live 2 hours away from the hospital. My car broke down and from all the bills I have, it's not fixable. After each treatment, I'm really sick and cannot afford to stay at a hotel. I've found a nice used station wagon where I can lay down the seats, put a mattress, and lay down getting driven back home. I'm not the type to ask for help, but this is a matter of life and death. Please help, and I'll find a way to pay it forward. I don't want to die. I'm just 50 years old and I'm scared to death. I only have my husband; he's disabled but doing all that his body will allow. PLEASE HELP !!!!! The car is $2000.00
