Threatened only for being gay - I need your help

Cw: hate crime, homophobia, violence I'm hoping my cute Jack Russell Mika will grab your attention enough to click here, and I hope you stay to hear my story, here's another one to keep you going:
My name is Peter, I'm 25 and find myself for the 2nd time in my life on the brink of homelessness for no reason other than my sexuality as an out and unashamed gay man. When I was 20 I struggled badly with my mental health at university in Glasgow and dropped out, and became homeless when it was made clear I couldn't return home to the Highlands due to my (now former) stepdads views about me, and my sexuality. I moved into my current council tenancy in March 2016 after being priority for social housing, and I waited 5 months for my small, 1 bed flat in Rutherglen, which to some may have been far too small, but to me was my life jacket out of the vicious cycle of poverty and alcoholism that I grew up in. The following 4 and half years up until the past few weeks, I've been from job to job not really settling but recently landed an entry-level job in the public sector, after failing multiple times previously to get a job in the industry. For the first time I've been earning a living wage and took advantage of it, recently redecorating the place with new carpet (pictures attached), paint job and vinyl flooring, which is now money in excess of £400 lost.
For a number of weeks I've been a target for hate crimes by a local group of troublemakers (the Rutherglen/Toryglen "Young Team" if you're from Glasgow). I have been spat on in the street, had homophobic slurs hurled at me, and between Mon 25-Fri 29 the violence has escalated to the point of targeting me INSIDE my home, and I have had objects hurled at me through windows and had my window smashed with a traffic cone.
I can now no longer live here, and in order for me to avoid becoming homeless for the 2nd time at 25, need to somehow get together the money to fund a move into a private let or a mid market rent, as there is a housing crisis in Glasgow and I'm on the brink of having my life ruined again because of my sexuality. The police have been involved and are unable to help me as they cannot corroborate evidence or get anything on CCTV or find any other witnesses. I humbly ask, for anyone who can afford it, to spare me a few quid to rustle together enough money to put down a deposit and first months rent and cover the costs of moving into a modest 1 bed unfurnished flat, I haven't sourced one yet, I'm looking everyday right now. Everything in my unsafe flat will move with me, I just need a safe roof over my head for Mika and myself. ️️️ thank you xxx I have deleted the original extremely sweary Facebook post now I have went public, due to work reasons, I hope people understand xx
