Help me provide a safe, happy residence for my rescue kitties!

i ran a special-needs cat rescue for about 12 years. Over the years, I accumulated and kept as my own, certain kitties that never got adopted for whatever reason- either behavior or health. Two years ago, I changed from rescue to sanctuary.

In short, I have been maintaining a household with my soon-to-be ex, “J” in order to provide a stable household for them. The live-in relationship has been abusive towards me - never physically and never to the kitties, but verbally abusive and financially devastating. “J” is wonderful with the kitties but has some alcohol issues and has worsened year by year. I’ve been planning and saving for over two years so that the kitties and I can leave.

it’s finally coming true! I have a house and property that I am moving in to. The main house is shared, and while some kitties are welcome there in the main house, I think best for all involved is a separate kitty residence on the property. I want a portable building (preferably the one pictured) with heat, AC windows etc that I can fill with cat trees and a couch and a bed so I can cuddle and nap with them there. I want to provide the best, safest, happiest kitty residence I can for them, without imposing upon those who will at times share the main residence.

I am able to do this at bare minimum by Jan 1st. I’m hoping to raise additional funds to get the larger building with more and bigger windows, and some nice solid cat trees for lounging.
