My name is Fran Plumbtree -Miller [ email redacted]. I am divorced, 52 years old. I was paralyzed, and my recovery was with an abusive husband for almost 20 years. This wasn't always bad. He has drug problems, and he decided to hit me and break my ribs. I am already fused in my spine from C3 to T3. I need a vehicle to get my power chair in so I am not homebound. I live in low-income housing and am housebound. My dream is to be independent with a home for my grandkids to come. They're not allowed here where I live; no children can spend the night. GOD, please hear my prayers and let me have peace knowing I have a safe place for my grandkids to be and a vehicle so I can continue to strive to be independent.
