In loving memory of our dear uncle, Hisham Razaq.

As Hisham’s family and nieces, we are launching this fundraiser to build water wells in East Africa as a continuous charity on his behalf.

Uncle Hisham was a truly generous soul, always giving, always helping. Whether it was through kind words, actions, or support, he left behind a legacy of compassion. To continue that legacy, we are working with Noor Relief Fund to build water wells in communities where clean water is desperately needed.

Each well costs £2,000 and will provide safe, clean drinking water to entire communities in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. These wells will save lives, prevent disease, and allow children to go to school instead of walking for hours just to collect water.

Each well will also include a personalised plaque in Uncle Hisham’s name, so his legacy of kindness continues to live on in this world, long after he has returned to Allah.

This project is incredibly important to us as a family. It's a way to honour a man who was always there for others and to gift him a reward that continues to benefit him in the next life, Insha’Allah.

Our Goal:

We would love to build five wells, so our initial target is £10,000.

Even if we reach one well (£2,000), that’s a lifetime of benefit for a community and a beautiful gift for Hisham.

But truly, any amount helps. Whether it’s £1 or £100, every drop counts.

Let’s come together and build Wells of Mercy for someone who gave so much in his life. May Allah accept from us all and grant Hisham the highest place in Jannah. Ameen.
