A Remarkable Woman Named Rita

Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Hearts,

With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we are reaching out to share the news of our beloved mother, Rita Boone, who recently passed away after a courageous 3 year battle with pancreatic cancer. She was not only a devoted wife and mother but also a pillar of strength and kindness in our community.

For over 20 years, our mom dedicated herself selflessly to serving her church and local school. Her unwavering commitment and tireless work touched the lives of many, and her spirit was a guiding light for all who knew her. Her loss leaves a void that is deeply felt by her family and the community she loved so dearly.

In addition to honoring her incredible legacy, we are also using some of the funds to support our retired father during this challenging time. This will allow her daughters and sons-in-law to spend time with him, provide comfort, and help him navigate this period of profound loss. Donations will be used to provide much-needed support for our father during this incredibly difficult time. Your generosity will help him with essential expenses, including repairing his car and catching up on out-of-pocket costs that have accumulated during my moms battle. This will ease some of the financial burdens he faces and allow him the space and time to grieve and heal

In honor of her memory, any remaining contributions will be donated to Our Lady of Victory Parish. This gesture will ensure that her dedication to our community continues to make a positive impact, reflecting the love and devotion she poured into everything she did.
