Hi, my name is Tyra, and I’m raising money to help me get a reliable car so I can keep moving forward with my life and school. The photo I shared is of my current car. You might notice the wheel is turned sharply to the side. It looks like I was turning, but I wasn’t. I was driving straight. That’s how bad the damage is. My car is no longer safe or dependable, and it’s reached the point where repairs cost more than the car itself.

Not having reliable transportation has made everything harder. Getting to work, handling responsibilities, and trying to better my future feels overwhelming when I don’t know if my car will make it from point A to point B. On top of that, I’m carrying over $10,000 in school debt, and counting (I plan to go back to school), which has made it even harder to get back on my feet. My goal is to prioritize getting a dependable car first so I can work consistently and rebuild stability. If I’m able to raise more, any extra support would go toward reducing my school debt so I can continue pursuing my education without constant financial stress.

I’m not asking for luxury, just reliability and a chance to breathe again. A car would mean independence, stability, and the ability to keep showing up for myself.
