Rain Batingana will be representing Philippines in the upcoming 10th Miss Star International Pageant on October 8-15, 2023 in Barcelona, Spain. This pageant aims to empower LGBTQ+ Community & promote harmony in the society thru mutual understanding of individuals.

Rain is a model in New York, USA who wants to transcend from it in order to substantiate her advocacies in human rights, equality and gender sensitivity. She hopes to influence people around the world to see every person as a person, not minding their background such as gender, sexual preference, color, race, profession, religion & status in life among others.
