A Real Community Hero - Reynold Duncan RIP
Hi, there my name is Dawn & I'm fundraising for a real community hero, the late Reynold Duncan (originally a musician from Guyana), is the man who back in the early 1980s set up & was the Managing Director of the infamous ‘Arts Opportunity Theatre’ in Bristol UK (aka affectionally as AOT), a company that helped 100’s of young unemployed people from all communities under the then ‘Youth Opportunity Programme’ (YOP). Many went on to achieve great careers in the creative arts. Reynold’s contribution to the Arts in Bristol is legendary. The foundation he set has led to many of the artistic creative things we do, use, and have in Bristol today.
Unfortunately, Reynold did not have life insurance (he was too busy helping others with what little he had), and we would like to give him the fitting funeral send-off he truly deserves.
we have set up this page for those who have asked about donating funds to help with his funeral costs and for those who would like to voluntarily donate.
Thank you all in advance.
