A Railroad Brother

On June 9th 2025 we lost a brother and a family lost their loving husband and dad. Robert Gardner was working a local on the Union Pacific Houston subdivision when tragedy struck. This family is hurting and needs support from our family. Robbie was 44 years old with a wife and two daughters. He was an individual that would always greet you with a smile and was willing to make anyone a friend. He would absolutely give the shirt off his back to a stranger, if they were in need. This is a blue collared railroader writing this who isn’t much for words. Robbie was one my best friends and I’m doing the best I can to help his family.
