A Pup for Steph

UPDATE: WOW!! Thank you to everyone who has donated through here or other means. We are so touched and I know Steph is so loved. This was more than we had ever hoped for in just a day!! **Any additional funds raised beyond the cost of the puppy will be given to Stephanie to help cover Barley’s extensive vet bills and trip to the vet for the new little puppy.**

For those who know my sister, Stephanie, you know that her little puppy Barley was one of the brightest lights in her life. When he unexpectedly passed away last week, we were all crushed but mostly Stephanie. Barley was 1 in a million and stole her heart the minute he came into HAWS.
While we could never replace him, we are looking for a little puppy for her to love and enjoy camping and walks with over the summer months. If anyone knows of a reliable Yorkie or Morkie breeder in the Wisconsin area, please send me their information. Stephanie has been deeply saddened by the loss of of her best companion, and a new puppy to train and love will keep her busy and be huge for her mental and physical health.
We are big supporters of adopting, though to find a dog under Steph's lifting restrictions and with the right age and temperament to be trained to act as an ESA in a shelter is difficult. A little Yorkie like Barley was perfect for her. We have found a breeder with a dog ready for Stephanie to bring home though the costs are quite high for her and our dad. While Stephanie would never ask for help, this dog would be huge for her and I am dedicated to ensuring she can have some good in her life. If anyone wants to help support funding the puppy, please let me know. I also have Paypal, Venmo and Zelle.
