Hello my name is Ceci Sanchez and my family and I have decided to start a go fund me for my younger cousin Jacob Veliz- Munoz. Jacob was in a horrible car accident in Wisconsin on May 4th and had to be airlifted because of his life threatening injuries. Unfortunately he sustained a lot of damage to his body and brain and has left in a vegetative state. Collectively we've chosen to take him off life support and let him rest. Because this was so unexpected we are asking for donations to get him home to Texas and honor his life by giving him a proper goodbye.
