You may have heard of my father's battle with cancer. Unfortunately he lost his battle to this horrible disease on Saturday, January 7 ,2023. He fought valiantly till the end, despite the severity of the disease. He was not ready to go. Our family is beyond devastated with the loss. He has left us with a tremendous void. While I’m sad to say that he is gone, I’m glad to say that he is no longer suffering. My father’s condition escalated quickly since his diagnosis in February 2022. It blindsided us all at how precipitously his condition deteriorated. Both he and my mother lost their sources of income, as he could no longer work and she had to provide him full-time care.

My father was always the life of the party, fun to be around, and the most devoted father and grandfather. He loved my mother deeply and always made sure his family was well taken care of. He was a light to all who knew him. A life so wonderfully lived deserves to be equally remembered.

Many of you have reached out to ask our family how you can help. We are struggling to cover the expenses related to the funeral and could use some help. We thought my father had more time, which is why the expenses are now particularly taxing. My father touched the lives of so many people around him, and our family wants to give him a service that reflects that. We are asking for any donations. No amount is too small.
