Help Us Honor Heladio Torres Jr.
It is with broken hearts that we share the sudden passing of our beloved Heladio Torres Jr., who left us unexpectedly on December 26th after suffering cardiac arrest. Though medical teams fought to save him, he was placed on life support and ultimately slipped away from us far too soon.
A Life Renewed, A Loss Too Soon
Just weeks before his passing, our family had the blessing of welcoming Heladio home. He had rededicated his life to God and was walking a new path—one filled with hope, purpose, and family. He spent his final weeks caring for his father after the loss of his mother earlier this year, showing the loyal and compassionate heart he always had.
Heladio was a man of many talents. His hands could create beautiful art, and his soul spoke through music. Those who knew him understood his gentle spirit and his love for his family. Though life took him down difficult roads, he never stopped trying to find his way back home.
Why We're Asking for Help
Losing two beloved family members in less than one year has devastated us emotionally and financially. After laying my grandmother to rest earlier this year, we now face the heartbreaking task of saying goodbye to my Tio Nuno (Heladio). We are hoping to raise a portion of the funeral expenses to ease this burden.
Heladio's children want desperately to give their father a proper farewell but lack the resources for such an unexpected loss after this holiday season. As a family, we're coming together to ensure Heladio receives the dignified send-off he deserves.
How Your Support Helps
Every donation, no matter the size, brings us closer to giving my Tio Nuno the memorial service that reflects the love we have for him and the man he was. Your generosity will help cover funeral expenses and allow our family to focus on grieving and healing rather than financial stress.
If you cannot donate, we ask that you share this campaign and keep our family in your prayers during this incredibly difficult time.
Thank You
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for taking the time to read Heladio's story. He was loved, he will be missed, and he will forever be remembered by those whose lives he touched.
Rest in peace, Tío Nuno. Your family loves you. ️
