A Second Chance to Make a Difference in the Fight Against Cancer
In 2019, I lost my grandmother to breast cancer.
She was the light of our family — strong, kind, and full of love. Her passing didn’t just leave a hole in my heart; it lit a fire inside me. I made a promise to myself that I would do everything I could to prevent others from experiencing the same kind of loss.
So, in 2022, I took a leap of faith.
Without any outside help or funding, I launched my own self-funded cancer research initiative. It was small, it was humble — but it was built on passion, purpose, and a deep belief that one person really can make a difference. I poured in my own money, my time, and my heart, chasing down possibilities that might lead to better detection, treatment, or prevention.
But as many innovators before me have faced — the reality of funding eventually caught up with the dream.
Despite early promise and some exciting developments, I had to pause the work. Not because I lost faith, but because I simply ran out of resources.
That’s where this Kickstarter comes in.
With your support, I believe I can pick up where I left off — not just to honor my grandmother’s legacy, but to push forward meaningful, accessible solutions in the fight against cancer. I’m not backed by big pharma or large research institutions. I’m just one person with a vision and the determination to try again — but this time, with a community behind me.
Your contribution will help fund:
Advanced research tools and lab access
Collaborations with experienced scientists
Development of affordable and innovative cancer testing and prevention strategies
And ultimately, hope for the families who need it most
I truly believe that given the proper funding and a real chance, I can help bring something new to the table — something that might save lives.
Thank you for reading, and thank you for believing in a dream that was born from love, loss, and the unwavering belief that one person — with the right support — can make a difference.
With all my heart,
