Hi, my name is Fay, and I run Blossom & Belong CIC, a community group supporting girls who experience anxiety, autism, ADHD, school avoidance, and other challenges that can make everyday experiences difficult.

We are raising funds to give these amazing girls the opportunity to attend a Prom Celebration created especially for them. For many young people, prom is a special milestone and a chance to celebrate friendships, achievements, and growing up. However, many of the girls we support are unable to attend mainstream school regularly due to anxiety, and some are not in school at all. Even those who do attend school often find that a traditional school prom is overwhelming because of sensory difficulties, social anxiety, or other barriers.

We believe every young person deserves the chance to experience this special occasion in a safe, understanding, and inclusive environment where they can truly be themselves. Our prom will be designed around their needs, providing a welcoming space where they can dress up, enjoy music and activities, build confidence, make memories, and celebrate alongside friends who understand them.

The funds raised will help cover venue hire, decorations, entertainment, food, sensory-friendly resources, and keepsakes to make the evening memorable for every girl attending. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us create a magical experience that many of these girls may otherwise never have.
