Dal Cuore alla Cucina: Il Mio Salto di Qualità Inizia da Qui

Ciao, mi chiamo Anna.

Quest’anno ho deciso di crederci davvero.

Ho una grande passione per il mondo dei lievitati: impastare, aspettare, sentire il profumo del pane o della pizza che cuoce… è qualcosa che mi fa sentire davvero viva.

Il mio sogno più grande è aprire una bakery tutta mia. Ma so che quel traguardo è ancora lontano.

Così ho ridimensionato (per ora) il mio sogno in qualcosa di più vicino, ma comunque speciale: portare la mia esperienza direttamente a casa delle persone, come private chef, offrendo tasting menu a base di pizza e lievitati.

Ho già fatto diversi investimenti importanti per avviare questo progetto — piccoli passi concreti, ma per me fondamentali.

Ora però ho bisogno di un aiuto in più: un forno professionale.

È ciò che può fare davvero la differenza nella qualità dei miei prodotti e nella riuscita di questo progetto.

Per questo ho aperto questa raccolta fondi.

This year, I’ve decided to truly believe in myself.

I’ve fallen in love with the world of sourdough and baked goods — kneading, waiting, and smelling the aroma of fresh bread or pizza in the oven is what makes me feel alive.

My biggest dream is to one day open my own bakery.

But I know that dream is still a long way off.

So for now, I’ve reshaped it into something more within reach, yet just as meaningful: bringing a unique experience directly into people’s homes as a private chef, offering pizza tasting menus and baked creations.

I’ve already made several important investments to take the first steps — small, but meaningful for me.
