Within a week of noticing a slightly protruding eye, my 16year old Nephew Kene and his family had their world turned upside down with the diagnosis of synonasal Rhabdomyoscarcoma. A very soft tissue tumor which had also spread to the glands and bones.

His hospital treatment plan is intense involving 9 cycles of chemotherapy and possibly radiotherapy further down the line.

We would like to raise funds on his behalf to support the amazing work done by the Teenage Cancer Trust (TCT), which he came in contact with whilst in hospital. The TCT were very supportive, providing a listening ear, playing games with him and even made a PlayStation 4 available to him, thereby making his hospital stay a lot more comfortable.

In addition, Kene loves football and is a passionate Manchester United supporter. It would be lovely to treat him to an exclusive VIP experience at Old Trafford to watch his favourite team live. This would hopefully give him something to look forward to (post covid restrictions) and put a much needed smile on his face as he goes  through this difficult time.

Funds raised will be used to support the work of the TCT Charity and also provide Kene with an amazing football experience.
