Hi, my name is Christine. I have organized a fundraiser for Jeff Storms. Jeff has been a Police Officer for 38 years. He has served the Swartz Creek community, his hometown, for most of that time. I have had the privilege of working with Jeff these past five years. Unfortunately, two months ago, he was taken to the hospital due to feeling dizzy. While admitted in the hospital, Jeff was diagnosed with brain tumors.

Jeff has been the backbone for his family. Before his diagnosis, his wife, Kim, had some recent health issues preventing her from being able to work. Jeff has tirelessly helped take care of Kim.

Since being hospitalized, Jeff has been unable to work. This has added to Jeff and Kim's financial strains. Jeff has recently found out that his brain tumors are terminal. Kim made the tough decision to place him in hospice care.
