Her HOPE Foundation Inc. – Building a Safe Haven for Female Veterans

Her HOPE Foundation Inc. was founded by Samantha Norment, a U.S. Army veteran and survivor who knows first-hand the painful reality of coming home from service carrying invisible wounds… only to have nowhere to turn.

After serving her country, Samantha faced the same struggles that so many women veterans still face today: homelessness, isolation, untreated trauma, and the overwhelming challenge of rebuilding a life while caring for children.

Her journey from brokenness to recovery, and ultimately to leadership, is what fuels this mission.

She has walked the road of despair, slept in uncertainty, fought to regain stability, and knows the shame and silence that too many women veterans endure alone.

From that lived experience was born a deep compassion and unwavering determination:
• No woman who wore the uniform should ever feel invisible.
• No woman veteran should be left without safety, dignity, and support.

Her HOPE Foundation exists to fill the gap—to create a place where healing begins, potential is restored, and no female veteran is left behind.

Why We Are Raising $250,000

The funds raised will launch Phase One of Her HOPE House – a transitional housing and support program for female veterans with and without children in Atlanta, GA.

This is not just a building. It is a lifeline. A safe, trauma-informed space where women veterans can heal, stabilize, and regain the tools and confidence to build a future for themselves and their families.

Cost Breakdown of $250,000 Goal
