️ In Loving Memory of Sergio Zacarias Nuno Tostado ❤️

With the heaviest of hearts, we share the heartbreaking loss of our beloved Sergio Zacarias Nuno Tostado.

Sergio was born on March 15, 1996, and was the second of four children. He was a quiet soul—someone who may not have always expressed himself through words, but who showed his love through his actions. He was a wonderful brother, a great friend, and someone who brought his own special light into the lives of those who knew him.

Sergio loved drawing and was incredibly talented at video games. But to those who loved him most, he was so much more than his hobbies. He was our brother, our son, our friend, and a piece of our family that can never be replaced.

Earlier this year, our family learned that Sergio had cancer. What began as colon cancer rapidly spread to his liver and lungs. Despite the pain and everything his body was going through, Sergio remained hopeful. He continued to carry that big, beautiful smile that we will always remember him for.

Even when he was hurting, Sergio tried to protect the people he loved. He often kept the harder details of his condition to himself so that his family, especially our parents, wouldn't worry more than they already did. That was Sergio—quiet, loving, and always thinking about others, even when he was the one who needed comfort.

On September 2nd, Sergio was taken to the hospital after experiencing what seemed to be mild chest pain. None of us could have imagined that we would be facing our goodbye so soon.

On September 3rd, 2026, at only 30 years old, we had to say goodbye to our beloved brother, son, and friend.

There are no words that can truly prepare a family for losing someone so young. Along with the heartbreak of losing Sergio, our family is now facing the unexpected financial burden of his final arrangements.

We are humbly asking for any help you can give toward his funeral and burial expenses. Every donation, no matter the amount, will help our family give Sergio the peaceful and dignified farewell he deserves.

If you are unable to donate, we completely understand. Sharing this fundraiser, keeping Sergio and our family in your prayers, or simply sharing a memory of him would mean just as much to us.

Sergio didn't ask for much in life. He was a quiet person who loved deeply and showed it through the things he did. His smile, his kindness, his drawings, and the memories we made with him will stay with us forever.

Thank you to everyone who has shown our family love, compassion, and support during this unimaginable time.

**Rest peacefully, Sergio. ❤️
You fought so hard. You kept smiling.
You will forever be loved, and you will never be forgotten.
