My father Luis Delgado was diagnosed in September of 2025 with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. On April 1st he started hospice care at home. My father's hospice care team was horrible. He had a catheter in place and it was never changed until he begged to go the hospital on April 11 th. They found out he had a uti due to his catheter not being kept up. My father was already on the verge of passing and that commotion took a lot out of him. He passed that same day. Hospice didn't send his supplies that was discussed before he left the hospital to go home. It arrived the day after he passed. They sent an aid who was Unable to emotionally and physically care for him . We requested a male and they did not deliver so my father went unshowered for a while. I am trying to have a viewing and cremation for my father he deserves something after all the suffering he we through. Anything is appreciated,thank you
