We are devastated to share the passing of our beloved sister, aunt, mother, and grandmother, who we lost last week. She was the most selfless and devoted woman, always looking for ways to help people around her. Her warmth and kindness will forever be remembered .

Unfortunately, two years ago, she fell and fractured her hip, causing her to need hip replacement surgery, which led to a decline in her physical and mental health. She fought hard the last two years to walk and move again. She was making small progress throughout the years.

Mental health issues and family losses caused her to go into a deep depression. Last month, she had heart surgery and was given a heart pacemaker. We all thought she was steadily improving until we got the sudden notification. She unexpectedly passed away from atrial fibrillation.

Josefina Serrano has left behind her children, siblings, grandchildren, and loved ones. Her last wishes were to be cremated and laid to rest in her hometown in Los Angeles. She will forever remain in our hearts and minds.

During this incredibly difficult and tragic time, our family is facing unexpected expenses to lay her to rest. She deserves a peaceful and loving memorial service to honor her. The funds raised will go towards funeral and cremation services. Every contribution, no matter the amount, will help the family tremendously in this difficult time.

We couldn't be more grateful for all the help and prayers given throughout this time. She will be greatly missed by all the people whose lives she impacted throughout the years. Thank you for taking the time to share, donate, and pray for us all.
