On March 26, 2026, my family and I were told that my grandpa suffered a heart attack, massive stroke, and was suffering from a GI bleed. The doctor said if my grandpa survived, he would be paralyzed and have no quality of life. We followed my grandpa's wishes and continued his care with only comfort measures. My family and I knew he had medical issues, but we did not expect something like this to happen. He did not have anything in place, but we want to make sure to finish carrying out his wishes so he can rest in peace. We appreciate any help. Thank you so much!
