My name is Dennel Marrow, and it is with a heavy heart that I share that my father, Dennis Liggins Jr passed away on December 7th after a difficult battle with stage 4 cancer. He fought with strength, dignity, and hope until his very last day. Losing him has left a tremendous void in our lives, and our family is still trying to navigate this heartbreaking reality.

My father was so much more than his diagnosis. He was a loving father, uncle, grandfather, and friend. He touched the lives of so many with his compassion and warmth, and he faced every challenge with courage. Even in pain, he didn’t want anyone else to feel what he felt.

As we focus on grieving and honoring his memory, we are also facing unexpected financial burdens—medical expenses, end-of-life costs, and arrangements that we are struggling to manage on our own.
