Hi my name is Noah, and I am raising funds to get top surgery/a masectomy. As a transmasc non-binary person my existing chest has always caused me a lot of dysphoria and inner turmoil day to day. Over the past few years I have made the steps towards social and medical transition which has already begun to improve my mental health drastically. A vital stage for me for my body to feel more aligned with my gender is to get top surgery, I am at a point where the discomfort I feel about my chest is overwhelming and so top surgery is something I need to prioritise and have wanted for years.

I plan to get this with Dr Lembas in Warsaw, Poland, a renowned and respected top surgeon in the trans community. I am doing this abroad as instead of paying high UK costs, this decreases the cost of surgery by thousands. I am currently on the NHS waiting lists but these are years long, and I cannot wait that long due to the distress that I feel on a daily basis.

I have been able to save a partial amount towards this, but I have recently had to move which makes top surgery difficult to save for at the same time. I currently only have my job income which isn't highly paid.

The remaining money that I am trying to raise would cover the surgery referral letters, remaining surgery costs, flights and accommodation. My aim is to get surgery in under a year if possible.
