Eden Waters Spa is actively making plans to open a non-profit Health & Wellness Retreat situated in a rural location on the beautiful island of Jamaica. We have been gifted land and want to share it with others by building and opening a Health & Wellness Retreat. Jamaica is known for its sandy white beaches, tropical gardens, crystal blue sea and much more!

The Health and Wellness Retreat open to everyone will include;

*Pool

*Jacuzzi (for hydrotherapy sessions)

*Treatment rooms

*Organic vegetable gardens

*Plant-based cooking workshops

*Plant-based healthy meals

*Health consultations

*Health and wellness programmes.

*Guest accommodation.

Our programmes are designed to help and motivate individuals into adapting a healthy lifestyle and combatting lifestyle diseases. Many people are experiencing challenges with regards to their health; stress, anxiety, heart disease, diabetes, leaky gut, obesity, hypertension and other lifestyle related health conditions. We want to support individuals in unlocking their ideal lifestyle, whilst serving those who are searching for a more natural and holistic approach to health.

In addition to these services, our professionally trained staff will be on hand to help you with your lifestyle journey. We will also provide staff accommodation and the opportunity for paid or voluntary work within various areas of our non-profit retreat.

We will continue to offer our other services including our online health restoration programme and our mobile spa service for our most vulnerable clients. We understand that times are financially hard, however there are various ways to support this project. See below:
