Help Deserving Students Reach (or view) The Stars!
Donation protected
We're New West Charter School - a diverse and high performing independent 6-12th grade public school in Los Angeles that has an incredible opportunity to spend a night at the Mt. Wilson Observatory viewing the cosmos on their 60" Telescope - the same one Edwin Hubble used!
We plan to take 20 of our best and most deserving Earth and Space Science students on this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity but we NEED YOUR HELP!
The fee for the telescope is $1700 and we'd like to donate gas money to the parents that volunteered to drive a van full of teens on a field trip lasting from 7pm until 3am in the morning! It's the least we can do! Any amount of money donated really helps the school cover the cost of the trip. Your donations are appreciated!
