A Night To Broadcast

Hi, my name is Melissa Flores I wrote and will be directing a short film called A Night to Broadcast. It's about a young lady Marina, who hears a radio broadcast of an alien invasion and needs to decide whether she should stay home or go. I would like to thank the Sante Fe Independent Film Club in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for liking my script and helping me bring it to life. I had the idea back in 2018. I wanted to make an alien movie, and I was inspired by Orson Wells radio broadcast of H.G. Wells World of the Wars, and the thought of the nation thinking it was real. The question I asked: What if there was a real broadcast of an alien invasion? and so A Night to Broadcast came to be. Help us make the best short we can make and submit it to festivals.
