Saving just one horse will not change the world…but surely it will change the world for that one horse.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, foster, and provide a unique sanctuary for abused, neglected, unwanted, and abandoned horses, until we find them their forever homes.

We show these magnificent animals what love is and how to put their faith back into humans. We also provide retired service horses a haven to live out the rest of their days, take in surrendered horses when their owners can no longer care for them, as well as compassionately help those horses in need, to peacefully cross over the rainbow bridge.

Here, at A Nicker For Hope Foundation, we educate and inspire horse owners to properly care for these beautiful creatures, help them understand these animals better, and show them how to create an everlasting bond of trust and respect by using Horse Speak® and working at liberty. Because it’s not about what the horse can do for us, but what we can do for the horse.
