A new wheelchair for Catherine

Our friend Cat was the victim of an assault some years ago. She has spent years in recovery, faced numerous surgeries and is now finally living in a supported living situation with a wheelchair accessible apartment. Unfortunately, Cat is a small person and she cannot reach the sink or cupboards in her apartment on her own. With a the wheel chair recommended by her medical team with a motorized hydraulic seat she would have a great deal more independence. While most of the price of the chair is covered by OHIP there is still a portion for her to pay. We would also like to get her a work table that the wheel chair can fit under and other mobilty aids and tech to improve her independence.
