Update: I am in desperate need of a new ramp on my home and a Free Wheel before winter comes. My daughter purchased a chair for me, but I need to pay her back, that is why I am keeping the goal where it is. I appreciate you all so much! Without a Free Wheel, my new chair is already getting torn up as I live in the country and gravel and casters don't mix well :(
