Greetings! I’m Chaiah and need your help. My service dog recently had to be retired as he’s 9 years old and started getting cataracts, so he was getting startled when we went out. I’ve spent several months trying to decide what to do and, the fact is, I need another service dog.

A fully trained service dog, currently, costs around $40k. As I trained both of my other dogs, I’ve decided to do it again. It’s a lot of work, but the reward is worth it. Both of my prior service dogs literally saved my life. Fenway alerted to strokes and K7haal started chest compressions when my vascular system shut down. I’ve been very fortunate.

I need to raise $3,500 to get a pup that would be able to help me. I considered rescuing a pup, but, while this might sound awful, working through issues a rescue may have would take me longer.

I’ll be training with a trainer at least a couple of times a month, which is $100 an hour, so that’s an added expense. Without a service dog to help me is very difficult. If you could help me, I’d be grateful.
