Hi! My name is Amara, I have a friend named Hope who is 21 years old. She recently lost her Marine husband tragically less than a week ago, leaving her and their two kids under the age of 2. The picture above is of him. She is having financial struggles because of being a stay at home mom while he worked and living in the state of California. The cost of his funeral, which costs $40,000 alone, necessities, medical issues, and housing are too great for her alone at the moment until she can find employment. She feels like she is losing everything, I want to show her that all hope is not lost and she is not alone. Her pets, her husband, her home, she has lost so much, and it breaks my heart. I think someone could always use extra support no matter the situation. The details of her story are not mine to share, what I do want to share is an opportunity to help a woman who is dealing with more than we will ever know. Showing her that we are all thankful for her family's sacrifice for this country and bringing a new light of hope to her life when she is feeling so hopeless.
