The past four years working with clay have been an amazing journey, full of challenges, growth, and discovery. I’m incredibly grateful for this experience and for my old kiln, but it’s starting to show its age. My beloved ‘90s sitter kiln is becoming unpredictable, occasionally refusing to fire the pieces it once handled with ease and destroying others.
I knew my deteriorating kiln wouldn’t last forever and have worked hard to save for a new kiln but a few emergency vet bills, car repairs, and the unexpected happened.

I’ve set my sights on a new, larger digital kiln—exactly what I need to continue growing and creating. To make this happen, I need to raise $8,500 CAD to cover the kiln, furniture, delivery, and installation costs.
I know there are many important causes that need our attention right now, and I would never want to detract from that. But if you’re are someone who believes in supporting a female artist living in the deep woods, trying to create and share something meaningful, I promise I will send a little magic back into the world with this new kiln in hand.
