A New home for our dance school!

BSDC Latin, African & Cultural Dance Institute is a performing arts school that focuses on the higher educational learning for dance, music and arts in Latin, African, and other Cultural styles. Our company originally started as Baltimore, Salsa Dance Company in 2008, we opened our first studio, Dance & Artistic Expressions Studio in 2010 and have been running both companies for a total of 15 years as of June 2023!

Our mission is to inspire creativity, empower expression, and transform lives through the power of the performing arts. We firmly believe that everyone deserves access to high-quality arts education, regardless of their background or financial means. Over the years, our school has grown exponentially, attracting an ever-increasing number of talented students who are passionate about dance, music, and other performing arts disciplines. While we are proud of our achievements, we are faced with a significant challenge - inadequate facilities. Our current building is no longer sufficient to accommodate our expanding student body and support their artistic aspirations to their fullest potential. To overcome this hurdle, we have embarked on an ambitious campaign to raise funds for a new building that will serve as a state-of-the-art home for our performing arts school. This new facility will provide our students with an inspiring and nurturing environment, equipped with the latest technology and resources needed to develop their talents and pursue their dreams.
