Imagine waking up one morning, turning on your faucet… and nothing comes out! For many in our community, that’s not just a bad day—it’s an emergency.
My name is Jesse Lyon, and I’ve been working on water wells for over 10 years. I started Advanced Water Pump Services to help families, farmers, and businesses keep their water flowing day and night.
In recent years Northern California has endured devastating fires, especially the Park Fire in the Cohasset area. I've helped many families, farms and small businesses replace or repair their well systems and help guide them through the long process of insurance claims after these fire events.
But there’s a challenge I need a little support with. Many wells in our area reach 700ft, even 1,000+ feet deep and my current equipment can only handle about 300–400 feet. When a deep well pump fails, I either have to push my equipment to its limits (which can be dangerous) or turn the job away entirely. That means some people wait days or even weeks for water, or have to pay high costs to bring in a crew from out of the area.
A new hoist truck would change that. It would:
Safely handle the deepest wells in our area, including fire damaged wells
Get water flowing again faster in emergencies
Keep more work and more jobs local
Ensure no one has to go without water when they need it most
This truck isn’t just about expanding my business—it’s about making sure my neighbors have water when they need it most. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to being able to serve more people, more safely, and more quickly.
Thank you for helping me keep water flowing in our community.
