Who are we?

We are the Redeemed Christian Church of God: Zion Sanctuary, a church under the tutelage of the International RCCG Church led by the General Overseer Enoch Adeboye.

RCCG Zion Sanctuary was established on February 6th, 2005 led by Pastor Ademola and Pastor Mrs. Stella Thomas. Our church was founded from the inspiration given by the Holy Spirit according to Obadiah 1:17; as such, our mission is that Zion Sanctuary is a place where you can obtain your God ordained purpose.

What we do for the community?

We believe in loving our neighbors as we love ourselves. Our core is in caring for those in need and making an impact in the communities we find ourselves. Because of our values, we embarked on a journey to provide food to our communities. We have shared approximately 1000 boxes of food provisions from food banks to individuals and families in our community through our food bank initiatives. We also support members of our church through varying financial contributions towards career development.

Why are we fundraising?

As a growing church, we have outgrown our current church location. We are now looking to purchase our own building to continue to provide the support we have been able to give to the community and to welcome even more people in the community into our church. The second pillar of the RCCG church is to lead as many people as possible to heaven. We believe we can help others foster their relationship with God by creating a conducive environment for as many people as possible to worship God and have fellowship with other Christians. We hope that by making our efforts to fundraise for our church, we elevate the name of God to as many people as will join us and to garner support to purchase our church building. We hope that we will use this medium even to evangelize to the world and encourage others to support us in our goals to bring even more people to the church.

What will we do with the money?

We are fundraising for $300,000 which is approximately 20% of the property we hope to purchase. Our eyes are set on expanding the church footprint to achieve the following:

• Hold church services for more people irrespective of their cultural background.

• With the church establishment, we also hope to expand our food bank initiative to serve more people within and beyond our community. We are unable to achieve this because we are limited in storage space.

• Our church was established on family relationship, we value growth of our members, as a result we hope to use professional members among us to provide daycare service to member of the community at absolutely zero cost. With the purchase of the building, this will give us that possibility to achieve that.
