Hi everyone,

Many of you know me as the community social worker who’s always out and about supporting families in need. You’ve probably seen my car in your driveway picking up donated items for children and parents all across Fairfield, New Haven, and Hartford counties.

On 12/19/25, while coming home from helping a family get the essentials they needed, I was involved in a car accident. Although the accident wasn’t my fault, I don’t have gap insurance, which means I now have out‑of‑pocket costs to finish paying off my car and work toward getting a safe new vehicle for my little girl and me.

I’ve always been the one who shows up for others, and I’ve learned that sometimes it’s okay to ask for help too. Any donation—no matter the size—is deeply appreciated and will help us get back on the road safely so I can continue serving the families who rely on me.
