Cullen is the oldest son of Rabbi and Angela Hallbrook.  Cullen has suffered from severe seizures since he was just 9 months old.  Despite all the best doctors and medications, the seizures continued.

Finally, 25 years later,  the doctors suggested a radical solution. They believed that removing part of a scarred piece of brain tissue could help end his seizures. 

The doctors warned he could lose his memory, his speech or the ability to walk.  Cullen was willing to take that risk. Within 24 hours of his surgery Cullen  showed no loss! Not of speech, memory or movement. Praise God!

The doctors are very optimistic that Cullen will now live seizure-free. God has given Cullen a new beginning.  A new beginning that Cullen is embracing.

As you can imagine, even with his insurance Cullen's out of pocket expense is overwhelming.
