A new beginning for Andrew Eatchel

Donation protected
No one wants to air their dirty laundry or ask for help. But if sharing our story could prevent writing an obituary, and asking for help with funeral expenses we will shout it from the rooftops. We want to offer a new beginning, a better life, and hope for our family.

Our story-
Our son, brother, grandson, nephew, best friend Andrew is an addict. We have beat ourselves up for too long how could we have been so blind, nieve, and in denial? What could I have done sooner to prevent this? The fact is addiction can affect any one, it has no boundaries, and no mercy. No one dreams of growing up to be an addict. Bad things do happen to good people.

Over the last couple years we have watched Andrew turn into someone we don't even know. We have seen him do horrible things, lie, steal, manipulate and use anyone he can to support his addiction. We have also seen him sick, so sick he is shaking, sweating and throwing up trying to get clean. Our fear now is if we don't ask for help his days are numbered, and if we don't do something we may be asking for help in funeral expenses. We can't watch him slowly kill him self anymore. He needs help!

Help that financially our family cannot afford. Help that's beyond the hundreds of phone calls, the dead ends, and endless rejections because we don't have thousands of dollars up front for the medical attention he needs.

The biggest thing is, Andrew wants help. Our plan for treatment is to purchase an individual self paid health insurance, and get him into a inpatient rehab for 3 - 6 months.  All donations will go towards the cost of the monthly premiums, and the deductible that might be upwards of 6k.

Andrew has so much potential, he has so much to offer, so many talents. He has a love for auto body work, and restoring cars, he loves to draw, and even bake and decorate cakes. He has sarcasm and laughter that lights up a room, and funny stories for days. Please help our family to get our Andrew back so we can have many years of amazing memories.

Thank you for supporting our families one Christmas wish.
