From Gaza: An Urgent Call

Hello, my name is Ahmed, and I am the oldest son of a family of eight living in Gaza city. We are currently living through a humanitarian emergency that threatens our lives every day: constant displacement, a tent as our shelter, and a lack of the most basic necessities — water, food, and medicine. Among us are three children; the youngest is my little sister Mira, who is 9 years old.

My mother has cancer, my grandmother has a stomach tumor along with diabetes and high blood pressure, and my brother suffers from chronic rheumatoid arthritis. None of them can receive the treatment they need.

We are exhausted, but we keep resisting. Our greatest wish is to survive together and, someday, rebuild our lives and dreams in peace.

That’s why I am asking for your support. Your solidarity can make the difference between despair and life. All help will reach my family directly.

Desde Gaza: Un llamado Urgente

Hola, soy Ahmed, el hijo mayor de una familia de ocho personas. Hoy vivimos bajo una emergencia humanitaria que amenaza nuestra vida cada día: desplazamientos constantes, una carpa como refugio y la falta de lo más básico —agua, comida y medicinas. Entre nosotros hay tres niños; la más pequeña es mi hermanita Mira, de 9 años.

Mi madre tiene cáncer, mi abuelita padece un tumor estomacal junto con diabetes e hipertensión, y mi hermano sufre artritis reumatoide crónica. Ninguno de ellos puede recibir el tratamiento que necesita.

Estamos agotados, pero seguimos resistiendo. Nuestro mayor deseo es sobrevivir juntos y, algún día, reconstruir nuestras vidas y sueños en paz.

Por eso te pido tu apoyo. Tu solidaridad puede marcar la diferencia entre la desesperanza y la vida. Toda ayuda llegará directamente a mi familia.
