A mum fleeing domestic violence and abuse with a 1 year old

Hi, my name is Emily and I am trying to raise some money in help to support a mum who is fleeing 2 years worth of domestic violence and abuse emotionally and physically! She has a 1 year old boy and is homeless. The council have placed her into a 1 bedroom small temporary flat which contains many issues including mould, boiler problems and faulty pipes! However she’s thankful to have a roof over her head for her and her son! As you can imagine babies grow very fast so he’s in need of new clothes often!

I’m hoping to raise enough money to go and do a major shop of nappies / wipes / baby food/ baby clothes also food for her and clothes for her as she has nothing!

Along with things such as essential furniture and things to make her feel more at home in this flat. As you can imagine she has extreme anxiety and is in a very bad place right now but is staying strong for her son.

Also if the council still haven’t fixed the mould issue by the time we raised the funds then I’ll seek help from a private person to try and treat the mould issue!

Anything would be extremely helpful whether it’s £1,5,10 or more. Thank you so much for reading!
